Kelly M Haunt
Kelly M Haunt is an Associate Attorney at Rehwald Peterson. Ms. Haunt is a dedicated advocate for victims of wage theft, and she works tirelessly to ensure the caregivers she represents receive fair compensation for their labor.
Ms. Haunt attended San Francisco State University for her undergraduate studies, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
Since graduating law school, Ms. Haunt’s commitment to justice has been a central theme throughout her career. Before joining Rehwald Peterson, Ms. Haunt represented and advocated for countless victims of excessive police force, car accidents, wrongful termination, discrimination and wage theft.
Now, as an attorney for caregivers, she continues her mission to hold employers accountable and secure compensation and justice that her clients deserve.
Outside of practicing law, Ms. Haunt enjoys hot yoga, playing with her cat Salem and participating in her monthly book clubs.
